For over 26 years, Frederick W. Smith Jr. has served the Oakdale community and its residents by providing exceptional legal skills and experience upon which Oakdale has come to rely. Mr. Smith’s practice areas of emphasis include personal injury, wrongful death, general civil litigation, and real estate. His degree in Accounting and extensive business experience also give Mr. Smith considerable knowledge in all areas of business law, taxation, estate planning and probate.

Ms. Sessions has built her practice in the Oakdale area since 2006 when she and Mr. Smith first began working as a team. Since that time, she has developed a strong business collections practice and significant civil litigation and trial experience. Ms. Sessions’ areas of emphasis include business and commercial litigation, mechanics liens, personal injury, and general civil litigation.
